Naomi Nicolette: I'm Naomi Nicolette. I was born on June 24, 2008 and currently living in Cavinti, Laguna with my lola, tita and my cousin. I was diagnosed with congenital heart disease known as Tetralogy of Fallot when I was two months old. Like a normal child i love running and playing outside, but because of my condition I am not allowed to do these things.
